  • We only accept North American issued credit cards.
  • We do not accept third party credit cards unless the passenger is related to the card holder (etc. Mother/father).
  • Some banks issue credit cards that may be restricted from purchasing travel arrangements.
  • Generally, most major credit cards are accepted, but on occasion some specialty credit cards fail to process.
  • Please read the small print on how your Credit Cards trip protection works, before booking; some stipulations may apply.


BOOKING DOCUMENTATION & INVOICES:



Upon completing a booking through our travel website, you will receive confirmation and relevant documentation via email. It is essential to review all details in these documents for accuracy, including dates, personal information, and services booked. Should you notice any discrepancies, please contact us at [email protected] immediately to rectify the issue.

Invoices will be issued and sent electronically, and it is your responsibility to ensure you receive and retain these documents for your records.

We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided during the booking process. Reminder, please check your junk or spam mail folder to ensure nothing is missed.


PAYMENT TERMS, REFUNDS/CANCELATIONS, CHANGES:



Bonvoyaga strongly suggests you purchase Travel Insurance for those unforeseen life circumstances.

Payments:

At Bonvoyaga we understand the need to have payment flexibility. If your departure is within 90 days (about 3 months); full payment is due at time of booking. If your departure is more than 90 days (about 3 months) from departure, you can choose to make a partial payment; which includes the cost of your airfare, and a portion of your land arrangements owing.

Please note:

  • Bonvoyaga will send a reminder along with payment link for those that are using the delay full payment owing feature/option.
  • For more information regarding credit cards, please see above section.

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Bonvoyaga will certainly assist guests with extreme cancelation circumstances; if end vendors are willing to waive 100% cancelation terms; further documentation may be required from the passenger(s). Please note any refund monies owing may be based on a future credit voucher or similar, from end suppliers/vendors (etc. Airline or Hotel).
  • All packages are final and are 100% Non-Refundable or Non-Changeable once final payment is made.
  • If you cancel prior to final payment owing; deposit is non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Changes:

We at Bonvoyaga will certainly do our best assisting guests when it comes to change of heart or incorrect packages booked. Yes our general re-booking or change policy is no changes once booked, but we clearly understand some guests just need our help. With out of the box thinking, and creative actions plan, we just might be able to shift, shuffle, and adjust with our end supplier/vendors assistance to make this happen.


NAME CHANGES:



  • Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines. Please ensure all passenger names are spelled identically to their passport. Some airlines permit minor name corrections but may require a re-issue fee.
  • If permitted, the name change penalty of $50 (USD/CDN) applies for all bookings over & above the airline penalties. Fee is per person/ticket.
  • To avoid unnecessary charges, it is suggested that the passengers' names and ages be matched and double-checked against their passport at the time of booking.

BOOKING GUIDELINES:



  • Reservations are subject to space availability in the appropriate class at the time of booking.
  • An email address must be provided with the booking for us to email an invoice to the travel agent.
  • All fares are subject to change unless the booking is purchased in full.
  • Passengers date of birth, passport number and expiration date is required at time of booking. Please note some airlines require more details at the time of booking.
  • It is recommended you retain a picture of your main passport page as further details may be required depending on per country requirements.

FARE GUARANTEE:



  • Package price is only guaranteed at the time of purchase.
  • If you choose the delay final payment option, Bonvoyaga will notify you of any possible prices changes prior to the final payment date to avoid any extra costs.

FLIGHT OPERATION CHANGES:



Should this arise Bonvoyaga may be required to rebook certain flights due to airline operation changes, equipment issues, or schedule changes. Bonvoyaga will first notify you of these changes; along with the best available re-booking option for your planned trip.

FREQUENT FLYER MILEAGE/POINTS:



Passengers must check directly with the airline as to whether the ticket or booking class is eligible for frequent flyer points. Frequent flyer points have NO MONETARY VALUE, and we are not responsible for any lost mileage. This is strictly between the passenger and airline involved.


AMENDMENT FEES:



Once a booking has been made, any change is subject to a minimum communication fee of $25 per change, per person. Once documentation has been issued, any changes will be subject to a minimum communication fee of $50 per person in addition to communication charges, service and supplier fees or penalties.


PASSPORT, VISAS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:



It is the travel agent or passenger's responsibility to ensure that all entry requirements are met. This may include the required passport, visa, health and entry requirements of any country travelled or those transited (could be for re-fueling or aircraft change). Many countries require that your passport be valid for at least six months from the date of your departure, please check with country as appropriate. We accept no responsibility for denied boarding or customs reports due to non-compliance of the above. We recommend travel agent or passenger verify requirement with each country officials, consulate or embassy that are on planned itinerary.

BAGGAGE:



It is important that you are aware of baggage restrictions and fees imposed by each airline to avoid excess baggage costs. Please check with the relevant airline prior to departure to verify their baggage policies. Please note, if you are using more than one airline on your itinerary, you will need to check with every airline individually as they may differ.


SEAT SELECTION:



Seat selection is not guaranteed at the time of ticketing. Most airlines charge for advanced seat selection. Please refer to the airline website for advanced seat selection rules and fees.


INSURANCE:

Note - Travel Insurance Protection Plan must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added afterwards.
